April 2001 The Sendai Gender Equal Opportunity Foundation established and entrusted with administration and operation of "L-Park Sendai" by the City of Sendai
April 2003 The Foundation was entrusted with administration and operation of "L-Park Sendai" and "L-Sola Sendai" by the Sendai City Gender Equality Promotion Center
